VinES is looking for a Training Lead who has a resourceful experience in training and development. She/ he owns great strength of competencies definitions and consecutive training. She/ he will be with the team to cover
- Analyze training demands and implement training plans & reports across the Company
- Be responsible of developing videos, exam systems, e-learnings, examination softwares – technical test ... etc.
- Analyze & design training curriculums including training content based on core competency, management skills & deliver ToT for internal trainers
- Conduct directly Core competency trainings, management skill trainings and others assigned by leaders;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 5 years of experience in developing training programs according to competency frameworks
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively
- Advanced database and computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
