POSITION: SYSTEM OPERATIONS MANAGER

- Organization: VinFuture Foundation

- Location: Da Ton, Gia Lam, Hanoi

- Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm in the office from Monday to Friday. Off every alternative Saturday.

- Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience

JOB DETAILS:

- Update, extract, and organize data; generate reports as required; draft administrative documents, forms, and presentation materials;

- Document system requirements and test developed applications; research and analyze technical features to optimize workflows and data system resources;

- Monitor and operate the data management system (nomination files, evaluation records, and user accounts); ensure frontend system availability for users; categorize and organize backend system data and documents;

- Receive, analyze, and process service requests and system issue reports from users; monitor system data access based on user permissions;

- Participate in meetings with international experts;

- Guide and provide technical support for employees and partner experts on system usage;

- Support other Secretariat tasks as needed;

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Science and Technology, preferably with coursework in Data Analysis, Information Technology, or related fields; Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree but outstanding academic and professional achievements may be considered.

- Excellent office skills, data storage, and office administration;

- Ensure accurate data and be proactive in work;

- Ability to organize, classify scientific work, and synthesize reports well;

- English proficiency: Minimum IELTS 7.0 (or equivalent), or prior study/work experience in an English-speaking environment.

- Excellent office skills;

- Priorities:

o  Experience with operating data management systems, preferably with the Salesforce platform;

o  A master’s/doctoral degree in science and technology is an advantage;

o  Passionate about discovering information on the world’s leading advanced science and technology;

o  Willing to work overtime or travel for business when required;

o  Long-term commitment to working for the Foundation.
