We are looking to onboard for a Data Analyst who speaks both Mandarin and English. The candidate will need to be collaborative, organised, think out-of-the-box, and be ready to pursue new opportunities. Most importantly, this role is for an individual who is passionate about making a difference through healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Healthcare domain knowledge is necessary
• Hands on experience with rolling out industry relevant regional use cases to different markets.
• Continuously build and improve dashboards for cross-channel marketing and sales engagements
• Generate cross customer, product and country insights through collecting, parsing, managing, analyzing and visualizing large data sets
• Support multiple product and project streams, along with varying resources, across the team to ensure on time and quality delivery of all solutions
• Work with clients or Business Development Team to achieve external analytics goals and provide stickiness with the clients
• Support Business Development team to drive commercial sales through pre-sales and post-sales execution activities
• Drive the team forward to solve new problems using additional Data Science and Analytics methodologies and concepts

• Data Analysis: In-Depth Performance Analysis: Analyze performance trends for sharing insights during company-wide meetings.
• Predictive Sales Analysis: Utilize predictive analysis techniques to forecast sales.
• Business Development Support through Data Analysis: Use data analysis to comprehend market trends and inform business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a highly analytical/numerical subject or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in data analytics and consulting or pharma industry.
• Data modelling, data cleansing, handling schemas and identification of relevant data attributes
• Predictive modelling, statistics, and heavy focus on segmentation techniques
• Strong business acumen
• Experience working with large teams in a client and project management setting
• Knowledge in Data Science or Data Analytics teams/projects
• Possess strong storytelling and communications skills through Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, or equivalent
• Google cloud and native analytics tools knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in building data products and services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or any analytical tools necessary to work with large amounts of data.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
• Technical skills preferred -
• Google cloud tools – Bigquery, Dataform, Looker, Vertex AI
• Azure – Power BI, Programming languages – SQL, Python
