70+ people team to focus on the Specialty Care unit, providing Advanced Wound Care products to
the healthcare professionals in hospital.
This is a 6- month internship position for anyone who looks to set their first steps in the healthcare
sector, and would like to develop a career in marketing and healthcare industry. This intern can

JOB DESCRIPTION

Medical Vietnam. As an FFE data analyst trainee, you will have opportunities to
develop valuable skills. You will support various initiatives to optimize the
contribute to key projects that drive field force effectiveness.
We are seeking a highly motivated and
detail- oriented professional to join our Field Force Effectiveness team in Urgo
hands- on experience in the medical device industry and the opportunity to
performance and productivity of our field force. This position offers valuable

Contribute to creatingStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) involving multiple stakeholders.
Participate in meetings,workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge of FFE strategies andpractices.
Collaborate with cross- functionalteams, including Marketing, Field Force, and Market Access, to align FFEinitiatives with overall business goals.
Other tasks assigned bymanagement.
Assist in the utilization andoptimization of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for field forcetracking and reporting.
Data processing, automation andvisualization in Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Snowflake
Assist in preparing performancereports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.

REQUIREMENTS
