We are seeking a highly motivated Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) / AI-Driven Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for engineers with a strong software engineering background (Backend, Frontend, or Automation) who are passionate about applying AI to improve product quality, accelerate development workflows, and build innovative solutions.

You will work in testing activities, leveraging modern AI tools to enhance testing, coding, debugging, and delivery pipelines, while contributing to the overall quality, reliability, and scalability of systems.

1.Your Skill and Experiences

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for APIs, web, and/or mobile applications.
• Apply AI tools and models to improve testing strategies, code quality, productivity, and development workflows.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to ensure testability and high-quality releases.
• Analyze requirements, contribute to technical documentation, and propose improvements using AI-assisted approaches.
• Execute, analyze, and report test results; identify, track, and help resolve defects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering (Backend, Frontend, or Automation Test).
• Hands-on experience using multiple AI models and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor AI (or equivalent) in the software development pipeline.
• Strong motivation to apply AI in building new features, improving workflows, and delivering innovative solutions.
• Solid programming skills in at least one language such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar.
• Basic verbal English communication.
