Lý do tại sao nhiều người hiện giờ lại lãng phí lượng lớn thức ăn được mua từ các cửa hàng và nhà hàng:
Những biện pháp để giảm thiểu tình trạng này:
These days, a great amount of food bought from shops and restaurants is being thrown away irresponsibly. This situation is occurring due to a number of reasons, and there are several feasible solutions that could be adopted to mitigate this problem.
There are two major reasons why food is being wasted. To begin with, thanks to advanced agricultural technologies, farming has become increasingly mechanised, which accelerates production and helps to maximize harvests. At the same time, the way food is transported, stored and distributed has also become more and more streamlined than ever before. As a result, the price of food in shops and restaurants has reduced significantly, making it all the easier for consumers to purchase large quantities of food, and waste it without a second thought. Another reason for this situation is because consumers are failing to make a detailed plan of what they are going to buy before they shop. Consequently, their shopping carts are often full of food products that they might never use.
Some effective measures could be implemented to alleviate this situation. The first solution would be for restaurants to make their customers think twice about what dishes they are going to order. This can be done by imposing a heavy fine on diners who order too many dishes but cannot finish them. Another feasible solution is that people should develop a habit of making a list of ingredients and foodstuffs that they really need before going shopping. This would help consumers to have time to prepare carefully and decide wisely what food items should be bought, which would prevent a great deal of food from being thrown away.
In conclusion, increasingly cheaper food products and poor meal planning are two primary reasons contributing to the huge amount of food waste occurring these days. Fortunately, there are various effective solutions to tackle this issue, including penalizing restaurant customers who waste food and making detailed shopping lists.
One of the most prevalent trends in the contemporary world is the cumulative increase in the wastage of bread. In my view, wealthy communities order excess amounts of foodstuff without care of the money. It can be reduced with public awareness and imposed penalties. This stance will be proven by carefully analysing how folks can stop the wastage of it.
Firstly, the main reason is that the rich crowd buy more diets from their favourite restaurants without planning and are unable to finish it. Another factor is that more discounts are offered by the companies, on bulk purchase foods, so clients get attracted towards the stalls. Furthermore, gents are not aware of the ordering tips and tricks and get trapped in the attractive marketing strategies done by the stall members. For example, adults go to the shopping centres and when they feel hungry buy different varieties of dishes, however, they cannot finish portions of the meal. As a result, it is evident mostly humans place a big food at the counter.
Secondly, it can be reduced with primary factors such as public awareness, with positive campaigns in newspapers and social media platforms advising them of the value and the results, it can be dangerous for our environment. Another reason is that impose fines on these folks, who purchase more and throw it in the bins. The authorities must give fines to these offenders to stop placing more orders in the future. As a consequence, it is apparent why the population should not buy more if they cannot finish.
In conclusion, following the analysis, people should stop ordering more diets and respect our atmosphere so future generations can survive. Further, it is predicted that excess food waste is going to continue in the future as well if important steps are not taken.
In the present circumstance, it has become common that individuals are discarding a large amount of food that they acquire from stores. This phenomenon, however, is raising problems in society and the environment. This essay will discuss the reason why people waste food and state some solutions to restrain it.
In modern life, there are 2 major factors that contribute to food waste. First and foremost, people are easily attracted by advertisements. As advertisements appear in every aspect of our daily life, impulsive consumers have a tendency to squander money on a lot of food even if it is not really essential. Consequently, an enormous residue then will be discarded wastefully. Second, some individuals are aware of depositing meats, vegetables and ingredients as much as possible. For instance, during the crisis time of COVID-19, numerous people purchased and stored supplies, but that food ended up in nothing and went out of date, resulting in a waste of food.
On the other hand, the effort to stop overconsuming food should come from both the government and individuals. To limit food disposal, the authority can put restrictions on the amount a family can acquire. Also, awareness programs about the effect of the disposal of food on the environment can be introduced by administrations. In terms of individuals, they should bare in mind that food is sacred and have awareness of their surroundings. For example, they can contribute residuals to animals where they are raised by non-governmental organizations. Furthermore, saving money for further plans, and incidents by minimizing the cost of food should be encouraged by anyone.
In conclusion, food-wasting originally comes from the attitude of consumers when they are shopping, and they can be affected by advertisements and surrounding factors. To solve this problem, I strongly believe that both governments and communities should participate in minimizing food disposal.
