Mô Tả Công Việc
1.) Objective of the function:
• The employee strictly complies with all kinds of Dyehouse SOP in order to produce high quality product, and make production safety and 5S management in shop floor.
2.) Main responsibilities:
• Management & dyeing floor condition control, execution according to all kinds working instruction and superior.
• Follow Dyeing Backlog & Ensure finish ontime
• Build up supervisor Development Program
• Develop Improvement Culture, Apply & Maintain IATF Standard in Automative Line
• Ensure 100% WFT Analysis.
• Follow and solving SPRINT, Late order
• Record, solving and report all of problem issue to Superior.
• Working with related departments to ensure ontime delivery & improve color quality
• To support supervisor during absence.
• Maintain 5S at work place.
• Follow PPE requirment and Safety.
• Report non-conformance material to superior.
• Report unsafety behaviour, unsafety condition.
• Production tasks and any other duties that are required by superior.
3.) Applied rules, regulations, authorities:
• Strictly comply with code of conduct for the Amann Group and all company policy and regulation, special for all kinds of the safety in work regulations.

Knowledge, experiences, education, skills, personal competencies and behaviors:
• Graduated College, University, has knowledge about dyeing is advantage.
• Has experience as middle management level as least 2 years.
• Work hard and follow WI
• Follow up the task arrangment by Manager.
• Familiar with production process and products.
