* Objective of the function:
- Conducts training of production employees on the current manufacturing processes in order for them to develop the knowledge and skills to work safely, effectively, and efficiently.
* Main responsibilities :
- Conducts on the job training of newly hired production employees on materials and products information processes for their assigned production line.
- Performs operational improvement and skill development activities with current employees.
- Work with Production team and relative department to release new article, machine or new product implement from Group.
- Work with Production manager, Supervisor to check, create and update the Production process, Work instruction, Skills matrix, KPI bases on ISO requirement.
- Work with Production team, IE to improve the production process.
- 5S trainer and Internal auditor.
- Support Production manager, Operations manager in HSE management and risk assessment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
