* OERATIONAL:
- Process purchase requests for market list items, printing items, IT & recreation items as per assigned by Materials Manager.
- Follow the PR, PO, inform users if variance happens, take corrective action or find alternatives.
- Ensure Vendor Creation Form is creating correctly and properly documented with sufficient information required.
- Key quotations in system and allocate prices correctly
- Work closely with relevant departments (eg. KIT, F&B…) for purchase the items correctly & delivery.
- Prepare comparison file for products that require more attention and taste result from Food & Beverage.
- Sourcing product and services as per required by superior, and able to make recommendation.
- Filing PO and Purchasing document in orderly. Ease to track and follow up.
- Organize work and work place in professional way.
- Work closely with Finance in case of supplier follows payment, commercial invoices.
- Work closely with Receiving on delivery and closing PO.
- Report & update the process of PRs & POs to Material Manager/Assistant Purchasing Manager as assigned.
- Any other jobs that may be assigned by the Materials Manager/Assistant Purchasing Manager from time to time.
