- Organize, monitor, and participate in daily activities watersports activities based on ages and skill level of guest ensuring safety first.
- Comply with Banyan Tree Rules and Standards of Conduct.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Assist instructors in setting up the equipment.
- Answer questions about different watersports activities
- Retain accurate records: safety waivers, guest name and room numbers and the activity conducted
