About the RoleWe’re looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our core product team. You’ll work with a fast- moving group of engineers, designers, and business analysts to build scalable backend systems that power our product. Your focus will be backend architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
What You&039;ll Do

Work closely with the design and BA teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
Write clean, testable, and efficient code
Design event- driven services and serverless architecture on AWS
Collaborate with the frontend and mobile teams to ensure smooth API integration
Use GitHub Actions for CI/CD and CDK for infrastructure deployment
Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and FastAPI

Tech Stack

Cloud: AWS (Lambda, Fargate, Step Functions)
Frontend: ReactJS (nice to have)
Backend: Python, FastAPI
Infrastructure: Serverless, IaC (CDK), GitHub Actions CI/CD
Mobile: Flutter (nice to have)

Good in English reading and writing; speaking fluently is a big plus.
2+ years of experience in backend development with Python.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and event- driven systems.
A team player who thrives in a fast- paced environment.
Able to communicate effectively with designers and BAs to clarify and implement product features.
Familiar with cloud infrastructure and AWS services.
