Participate in code reviews and agile development cycles
Collaborate directly with Australian clients to gather and clarify requirements
Develop and maintain backend logic using Laravel
Write clean, maintainable, and well- documented code
Work with frontend developers and DevOps (if needed) to ensure full- stack performance

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Familiarity with version control (Git) and deployment pipelines
Comfortable working across time zones and in client- facing roles
3+ years of experience with Laravel
Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, MySQL, queues, and scheduling

Nice to Have:

Frontend knowledge (Vue.js, React, or Alpine.js)
Experience with eCommerce platforms or Amazon MWS/SP- API
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
