- In charge of developing preferential policies for loyal customers and VIP customers of the Company.
- Organize regular care of the Company's loyalty card programs and VIP customers.
- Record and synthesize customer complaints, organize the analysis of causes, preventive corrective actions and monitor the implementation process. Annually summarize customer complaint activity, analyze the complaint index.
- Organize and build information channels so that customers can easily access information about the company, product features, prices, payment methods ...
- Every 03 months, evaluate the level and effectiveness of customers' information channels, report BOD.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to implement promotional programs at the request of the company, assigned by BOD.

- Take charge in preparing gifts, giving gifts to each loyal customer, VIP customers on special occasions.
- Measure customer satisfaction 2 times / year. Report the results to the CEO.
- Plan an annual customer care budget.
