Position Description
Join our AI team as an AI Developer! You will collaborate with stakeholders to design efficient APIs, survey the latest research trends, and develop accurate models for various tasks. Responsibilities and Performance Objectives
Lead and mentor a team of AI researchers and engineers in the field of NLP.
Drive innovative R&D roadmap in NLP, LLM, and RAG domains.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP technologies into our products and services.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and NLP; and apply this knowledge to improve our research and product strategies.
Publish research findings in top-tier journals and conferences.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a closely related field with a strong focus on NLP.
Extensive experience in NLP and familiarity with the latest advancements in LLMs and RAG.
Deep understanding of data flow mechanisms and architectures relevant to AI and machine learning systems.
Demonstrated hands-on expertise in designing, building, and deploying sophisticated NLP systems and models in a real-world environment, showcasing strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and experience with NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, SpaCy).
Proficient in using the PyTorch framework.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to develop complex algorithms and solve challenging problems.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences and collaborating effectively in a team environment.
