1. Service Consultation and Quality Assurance
Receive monthly targets from the Department Manager.
Record and manage customer-related information and data accurately.
Provide consultation on services and products that meet customer needs.
Guide customers through procedures to use the services smoothly and conveniently.
Handle phone calls and assist customers at the service counter.
Confirm appointments for medical examinations and service usage for the next working day.
Perform customer care according to scheduled appointments, especially for potential customers.
Update and advise customers on promotional programs, new services/technologies, and preferential policies.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Coordination and Process Improvement
Coordinate to resolve issues arising during service implementation to achieve departmental goals.
Participate in training courses and skill development to improve professional expertise and comprehensively meet customer satisfaction.
Report operational status and related information regularly to the Department Manager for timely adjustments.Gender: Not specified / No gender requirement
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Beauty Consultant
Prior experience in consulting for spas, aesthetic clinics, or specialized/general medical clinics is preferred.
Skills & Qualities:
Proactive, quick learner, and driven to grow in the role.
Strong sales closing skills, ability to handle objections and persuasive communication.
Honest, positive, and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
Clear, pleasant speaking voice and excellent phone communication skills.Compensation & Benefits
Income range: From 10 to 25 million VND++, depending on experience and performance.
