1. Plan:
• Instruct functional departments (production - maintenance - quality) to make weekly/monthly plans.
• Based on the production capacity of the factory to receive orders and organize production - build a production plan for each month/every quarter/year and submit to the Board of Management for review and approval.
• Budget and estimate costs incurred.
• Manage the approved budget use.
• Site development plan in accordance with the strategic direction of the Board of Management (layout of space, working space, equipment, lines, machines, resources, ...).

2. Implementation organization:
• Build the organizational structure of the plant in accordance with the development strategy of the Board of Management
• Build work processes for each stage of the production process.
• Direct the QA, QC and ISO departments to develop a system of quality standards and standardize processes and procedures at the factory to improve productivity and product quality, while minimizing costs.
• Research and analyze the processes, build a reasonable system of norms (labor norms, material consumption, operating hours, unsatisfactory products, etc.) in order to continuously improve productivity and product quality.
• Management of resources to ensure continuous operation of the Site (people, equipment, machines, tools, materials, supplies, etc.)
• Organize production according to the plan approved by the Board of Management - ensure the completion of the production plan - ensure product quality stability - minimize substandard products - avoid wasting resources.
• Direct all departments to maintain the working environment hygiene, food hygiene and safety and labor safety.
• Direct the protection, maintenance of security and order and fire safety.
• Resolve and handle issues that arise during the production process and report the results to the Manufacturing Head.
• Propose solutions and seek guidance from the BOM on arising problems that are likely to cause serious damage to the employees, finance and reputation of the company.

3. Control & development:
• Encourage employees to voluntarily abide by factory rules and regulations - strictly comply with work process.
• Build and develop a succession team by evaluating competencies and focusing on direct training for potential employees.
• Organize reporting channels and request departments to send reports in accordance with regulations in order to actively control the progress of the plant's parts.
• Monitor the maintenance activities, periodic maintenance of equipment systems, and machinery of the plant.
• Responsible to the BOM for activities related to production, product quality and assets within the assigned scope (documents, records, equipment, machines, tools, tools, supplies engineering, goods, materials, etc. ....).

4. Other work:
• Prepare periodic reports according to the Company's regulations (week/month/quarter/year)
• Prepare extraordinary reports at the request of the Manufacturing Head.
• Perform other tasks as required by the BOM.

Working location: Trang Bang, Tay Ninh (have shuttle bus at Tan Binh IP)
