• Collecting orders from customers and sales. Follow up orders internally as well asexternally with customers. Weekly report about sales forecast to Planning Team. Inputand follow on ERP system/ Nhận đơn hàng và theo dõi đơn hàng từ khách hàng và kinhdoanh, đưa vào hệ thống ERP. Tổng hợp dự báo hàng hóa hàng tuần gửi lên Bộ phận Kếhoạch.

• Making all sales, KPI reports. Analyse datas, making graphs or presentation undersupervion of Sales & Marketing Manager/ Làm các báo cáo kinh doanh, quản trị; phântích số liệu, vẽ biểu đồ hoặc làm bài thuyết trình Power points theo sự hướng dẫn củatrưởng phòng.

• Doing Sales admin activities: Quotations, contracts, meeting minutes, sales kits,preparing for Marketing and Sales activities like Promotions, Training, Fairs,Travelling,.../Thực hiện các công việc hỗ trợ Kinh doanh như Báo giá, hợp đồng, biênbản họp, chuẩn bị các công cụ, mẫu mã, các chương trình khuyến mãi, đào tạo, hội chợ,đi công tác...

• Support consulting, answering customer inquiries and complaints about products andorder status/Hỗ trợ tư vấn, giải đáp các thắc mắc, khiếu nại của khách hàng về sản phẩmvà tình trạng đơn hàng.

• Interpreting,Translating Vietnamese – English. Translating other languages dependingon abilities such as Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Cambodian,..is a plus/Biên Phiên Dịch tàiliệu và trực tiếp Anh-Việt-Anh. Phiên Dịch tài liệu ngôn ngữ khác: Tiếng Hàn, Trung,Nhật, Cam-pu-chia,...là một điểm cộng.

• Participating on ERP, CRM, Website project, Marketing and Communication activities depending on ability/Tham gia các dự án ERP, CRM, WEB hoặc các hoạt động truyềnthông, tiếp thị tùy khả năng.

• College or higher/Cao đẳng hoặc cao hơn

• English communication. Having Korean, Chinese, Japanese or Cambodian additionally isa plus / Anh văn giao tiếp, biết thêm tiếng Hàn, Hoa, Nhật, Cam-pu-chia là lợi thế

• Proficiency in using common MS Office, professional reports and moderncommunication tools/Sử dụng các công cụ văn phòng, truyền thông hiện đại, báo cáochuyên nghiệp.

• Preferably 6 months experienced in a professional working enviroment with highpressure, quality - and result oriented/ Ưu tiên 6 tháng kinh nghiệm ở môi trường chuyênnghiệp với áp lực công việc cao, định hướng chất lượng và kết quả cuối

• Reliable, hard-working, passioned, service-minded and having high responsibility.Ability/Tin cậy, cầu tiến, nhiệt huyết, trách nhiệm cao. Khả năng đa nhiệm, quản xuyếncông việc áp lực cao
