Prepare, review, and/or consolidate Financial Statements.

Perform general accounting tasks, including maintaining general ledgers, accounts reconciliation, and ensuring accuracy of financial records.

Manage tax-related activities, including preparation and submission of VAT, CIT, FCT, and PIT reports, ensuring compliance with local tax laws.

Assist in the implementation and conversion of financial reporting processes from VAS to IFRS.

Conduct gap analysis between VAS and IFRS, identifying areas requiring adjustments and preparing necessary documentation for IFRS adoption.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting during the IFRS transition process.

Monitor and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.

Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, provide insights, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Maintain compliance with internal financial policies and procedures, and recommend improvements where necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in general accounting or a similar role, with at least 2 year of experience in IFRS implementation or transition projects.

In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).

Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for effective communication, reporting, and coordination with international stakeholders.

Strong understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Advanced skills in accounting software (e.g., ERP, SAP, or equivalent).

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.

Experience in coordinating with tax authorities or external auditors, particularly in the context of IFRS adoption, is highly preferred.

Certification in IFRS (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
