1. To standardize Distribution system
- To set up standards: Set up Distribution system (Partner/ Distributor standards); Ratio route sales/Distributor standard; Standard Sales representative based on the number of point of sales and geographic regions’ features.
- To design Distribution models appropriated with geographic regions’ features.
- To set up standards of Market zone categorization, point of sales performance management.
- To develop an optimal policy system;
- To develop evaluation criteria for Distribution system Health Check.
2. Make Training plan & Team Coaching, Mentoring:
- Make annual plans and training budget for the Sales department
- To conduct training classes focusing on Selling skills.
- To conduct face-to-face coaching on field and morning meeting.
- To conduct Orientation training for newcomers.
- To conduct “Business Ethics” and “Code of Conduct” training for newcomers.
- To organize Sales training on advanced topics.
- To organize Sales performance assessment and management. To do data-bank management of Sales capability.
3. Improve Sales Dept. capability:
- To set KPIs appropriated to the target and capability of Sales Dept.
- To develop policy system for Sales Dept. in accordance with KPI development.
- To organize Health check evaluation.
- Make action plan to improve status of business and sales personnel in the department
- To develop succession plan.
4. To standardize professional Sales service & posture of Sales team:
- To standardize selling skills & ability to use technology tools in Sales.
- To standardize professional Sales Representatives’ posture (uniform, selling tools, Regulations on using brand image).
- To standardize display images & widely implementation.
- To strictly follow Sales schedule and route.
- To increase ASO.
5. To set up and manage Reporting system:
- Set up the reporting system
- Completed reports in accordance with Jobs requirements.
