Mô Tả Công Việc
- In-charge of campaign concept & brand visual across (Ecommerce platform): coordinate commercial plan, marketing assets, enabler and platform onsite / offsite campaign: E-store, product PDP, landing page, feed, livestream, others onsite opportunities per platform.
- Setup campaign timeline with Platform / Enabler following commercial plan from KAM
- Build concept total store / per categories (and per key sku) and per platform (campaign, seasonal) following Platform customer analysis (Layout, concept, tagline, visual promotion thumbnail, to attract users, continuously improve UX & optimize conversion rates / sales)
- Plan and be involved in livestream sessions
- Ensure the best e-merchandising for current and new product uploads (picture, contents, description, video…)
- Advise & standardizing for onsite/offsite search optimizations for all platforms: PDP content optimization, product recommendations, upselling/cross-selling opportunities, search improvements (Key word, SEO), top review / top new

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proven working experience in merchandising on a similar role.
- Hands-on experience of an e-Commerce platform.
- Knowledgeable of analytical tools for performance measurement, determine improvements and innovations.
- An understanding of e-Commerce UX, content and development projects, and intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment.
- Excellent ability to analyze data and propose commercial objectives.
- Hands-on experience of an e-Commerce platform.
- Knowledgeable of analytical tools for performance measurement, determine improvements and innovations.
- An understanding of e-Commerce UX, content and development projects, and intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment.
