JOB DESCRIPTION

• Market research: Gather insights from Shopify app market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to develop suitable marketing tactics for conversion.

• User Acquisition (Marketing): Optimize Shopify App Store ranking (ASO) and marketing funnels, and execute growth campaigns (Advertising, SEO, Cold Email, social media) to boost installation through the team's plan.

• User Retention (Product): Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app messages, etc.) and marketing activities to onboard new users, encourage product adoption, and drive repeat usage.

• Collaboration with PO: Support the product team in proposing solutions to improve user onboarding at touch points through internal and external analysis.

• Analytics: Support data collection, synthesis, and analysis from databases, and internal reports related to users to find valuable insights for the product and the customer.

• Partnership: Maintain communication with existing partners and seek out new partners for cross-promotion to boost the app's growth.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degrees in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or International Business are preferred, but applications from all majors are welcome.

• No experience is required (but if you have experience over 6 months in product marketing, performance marketing, or the same position, this will be an advantage).

• Prior marketing experience working with Shopify apps/SaaS is a plus.

• Fluency in English, copywriting, and communications skills (IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 750 or equivalent certification is preferable).

• Prioritized but not mandatory ability to analyze data and use supporting tools (Excel, Power BI...), qualitative analysis software (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), or scientific research tools like SPSS.

• Eager to explore, proactive in learning new knowledge, and especially want to develop in the SaaS industry.

• Have a data-driven mindset with collaboration skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (product team, acquisition team, etc.).
