The Purpose of Your Role
In this position, you will report directly to the Account Director, credentials aside, we’re not just looking for someone who is great on paper, we need someone truly unique. Your Key Responsibilities
● Relentlessly work to identify opportunities to bring value to our client’s businesses
● Drive revenue growth, profitability and identify opportunities for cross- selling.
● Contribute to the development of the account plan for each client
● Building and maintaining excellent key operations and senior client relationships.
● With the team, manage project execution to ensure processes are being followed and that projects comply with regulatory requirements
● Lead cross- functional teams in delivering digital marketing programs
● Understand client’s business, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etc.
● Review and manage project budgets under your direction to success
● Articulate client’s brand objectives and ensure they are incorporated into recommendations
● Lead, inspire and mentor a client service and delivery team to identify and deliver the best possible digital solutions and client service.
● Be action and solution- oriented at all times

● Strong ability to work independently and remotely from line management
● Strong ability to work with Microsoft office particularly excel and PowerPoint
● Demonstrated project management skills to manage key project delivery. Understanding cross- functional delivery and interdependencies
● Highly proficient time management and organization skills
● Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills at a Senior Client level
● High energy level
● Consultative approach to building client relationships. Able to extract insights and develop a true understanding of clients&039; future business needs and challenges
● Experience Leading people
● Excellent command of English (reading/writing/speaking/listening)
● 5+ years of professional Account Management Skills in a Digital Agency or related industry
● To act as a point of escalation for all client queries across designated projects
● Bachelor degree from a leading university (or equivalent work experience)
● Excellent time management and organizational skills
