1. Main duties and responsibilities
•    Prepare class materials and conduct learning activities according to ELIS’s curriculum.
•    Execute & conduct lesson plan according to ELIS’s curriculum (K1 grade, K2 grade and K3 grade).
•    Make lesson plan and conduct lessons according to ELIS’s curriculum (PreK grade.)
•    Maintain a quality classroom and learning environment that promotes learning in accordance with the curriculum framework.
•    Execute daily routine in accordance with time schedule.
•    Uses available technology/instructional media to enhance the students’ learning experiences.
•    Write student daily report on Kidsnote app.
•    Make weekly newsletter to summary current week lessons and plan for upcoming week.
•    Conduct parent meetings every semester end.
•    Join orietation meetings with new students and parents before start date.
•    Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations.
•     Be responsible for student performance and learning progress.
•    Evaluate student’s performance through student report card.
•    Foster a trusting and respectful relationship with children and parents by being a positive role model.
•    Monitor and maintain a positive classroom environment that supports the school wide behavior expectation in which most students are engaged, incorporates mutual respect, and provides cooperative learning opportunities.
•    Teach and enforce individualized classroom and playground rules for order and safety in the school.
2. Other duties and responsibilities.
•    Welcome students and parents in the morning and dismiss students in the afternoon.
•    Support Vietnamese teacher in managing students during Vietnamese class (2 hours per weeks)
•    Cooperate with administration staff.
•    Liaise closely with the principal on any matters concerning student development, performance or behaviour that are of concern.  
•    Engage parents and guardians in the education of their children.
•    Attend and participate in staff meetings related activities and committees.
•    Follow school policies and procedures.
•    Maintain a professional customer service focus.
•    Attend professional development sessions.
•    Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the principal.

•    Gross salary from 45 to 55 million per month
