JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an enthusiastic Italian Business Development Representative to join our
team and help us maintain and expand our impressive growth rate with our new lock-screen solution product. This is designed to make Android phone screens more enjoyable by featuring reliable and trustworthy media content from around the world. Reporting to the Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for building and strengthening our partnership base in emerging markets. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact and help us continue to achieve success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Expand partnerships with publications in emerging markets, particularly in Italy.
- Research markets, identify potential partners, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to extend their reach.
- Follow an outreach strategy, prospecting process, and tracking system to monitor and track leads.
- Deliver sales pitches to local stakeholders to cultivate relationships and promote the content syndication program.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as content and product managers, to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Monitor content usage to ensure that it is properly tracked and follows syndication standards.
- Prepare sales pitch materials, website and blog content to raise awareness about the lockscreen solution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 years of experience in business development, partnerships or a related field, preferably in the advertising and marketing industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written in English and Italian communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with content distribution and syndication, as well as media industry trends and best practices.

Công ty Cổ phần Logistics Hàng Không là đơn vị tiên phong về cung cấp các dịch vụ phục vụ hàng hóa hàng không, dịch vụ kho vận và các dịch vụ logistics khác tại Việt Nam, được thành lập năm 2007 bởi ba cổ đông sáng lập là Tổng công ty Hàng không Việt Nam (Vietnam Airlines), Công ty TNHH MTV Đầu tư và Thương mại Quốc tế (Interserco) và Công ty CP Dịch vụ Hàng hóa Nội Bài (NCTS).
Với tầm nhìn “Trở thành doanh nghiệp tiên phong tại Việt Nam trong lĩnh vực cung cấp các dịch vụ logistics hàng không theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế”, ALS không ngừng nghiên cứu, đầu tư, phát triển hệ thống ga hàng hóa hàng không tại sân bay, ga hàng hóa hàng không kéo dài, hệ thống kho bãi và đào tạo, phát triển đội ngũ nhân sự có đủ năng lực, tận tâm nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả của chuỗi dịch vụ ALS cung cấp, mang tới những giá trị gia tăng và tiện ích tối ưu cho khách hàng.
Hiện nay, ALS đã và đang đầu tư, xây dựng và vận hành hệ thống ga hàng hóa hàng không, ga (kho) hàng hóa hàng không kéo dài và hệ thống kho bãi tại: Cảng HK Quốc tế Nội Bài, KCN Yên Phong (Bắc Ninh), KCN VSIP Bắc Ninh, KCN Yên Bình 1 (Thái Nguyên), ICD Mỹ Đình và gần Sân bay Gia Lâm (Hà Nội).
