Mô Tả Công Việc
• Assist in the development of an industry leading, data driven information system;
• Monitor, update, maintain and report on the variables underlying the information system;
• Create slide decks that generate high-impact graphs based on the variables underlying the information system;
• Conduct research on special topics;
• Assist with the development and presentation of property market information including maintaining all supporting databases;
• Assist with the preparation of forward-thinking commentaries that set the standard for our industry;
• Assist with the formulation of recommended changes and other guidelines regarding portfolio rebalancing;
• Develop proprietary research tools to assist the Team in prioritizing target markets and submarkets for potential real estate investments;
• Train employees on the use of real estate market data tools.

EXPERIENCE
• At least 1 year of experience in the same position or
• At least 1 - 2 years of real estate experience
QUALIFICATIONS
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner;
• Able to organize and summarize property market data and concepts in writing;
• Task and goal oriented and capable of functioning in an entrepreneurial and corporate setting;
• Team player;
• Strong understanding of real estate market research and market analysis
• Attention to details and data checking
SKILLS
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with colleagues, customers, and salesperson
• Ability to work and experienced in excel, word, powerpoint presentations
• Ability to work with databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information/data
LANGUAGE
• Proficient in English (speaking & writing)
• Any other language is a plus
