We are looking for a thoughtful and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in collecting and interpreting market data to support informed business decisions, gain a deeper understanding of customer behavior, and identify trends that help shape our strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth primary & secondary research (surveys, interviews, competitor analysis) to analyze trends, consumer behavior, and potential business opportunities relevant to the company's industry and target markets.
• Prepare raw data reports and present comprehensive market reports and customer insights based on data-driven analysis.
• Monitor developer activities & market trends for forecasting
• Work closely with clients to resolve their requirements.
• Execute the tasks as directed by your line manager

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and in a team work;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create dashboards;
• Manage tasks and ensure deadline;
• Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and effectively communicate property market data;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner;
