As a Senior Communication Planner, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and effective communication strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all communications align with our brand's voice and business objectives. This role demands a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive communication plans on various platform such as website, social media (main channel), paid media that align with the company's marketing strategy and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal marketing team to create cohesive and creative content.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Provide expert guidance on messaging, branding, and positioning of products and services.
• Oversee the creation and execution of creative content across various media platforms including digital, print, and social media.
• Measure and report performance of all communication plans, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Mentor and lead junior staff in project management and creative content processes.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in marketing and communications technology and techniques.
• Manage external agency/KOL during campaigns
