Mô tả Công việc
1. TikTok-Led Content Creation (60%)
● Lead the creation of short-form video content, from trendwatching, scripting, filming to editing and publishing.
● Be both behind and in front of the camera: confident shooting others, or stepping in yourself when needed.
● Stay on pulse with TikTok trends, cultural moments, and emerging creator styles, then translate them into brand-relevant formats.
● Continuously refine performance based on platform metrics, and propose new ideas to grow engagement and reach.
2. Multi-Channel Social Support (20%)
● Adapt and extend TikTok content into Instagram, Facebook, and other owned media touchpoints where applicable.
● Support monthly content planning and day-to-day execution across platforms.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across social channels.
3. Marketing & Brand Activities (20%)
● Collaborate on seasonal brand campaigns, product launches, branded partnerships, KOL/KOC bookings, and lifestyle-driven activations.
● Support live events, pop-ups, and marketing projects with creative documentation or digital content ideas.
● Contribute to team brainstorms, campaign pitches, and content planning.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● Proven experience in multi-channel content creation (either professionally or through personal platforms/projects)
● Confident on camera, with natural creative direction and storytelling instincts.
● Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, etc.) is a plus.
● Passionate about food, wellness, or lifestyle content.
● Collaborative, proactive, and excited to grow with a startup-minded team.
● Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
