As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Business Process Owner: Designing the business process taking into account the current sales process, customer needs and the changes that need to be made in light of the organization's evolving needs and focus areas. In the longer term, to monitor and evaluate business processes and performance, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
• Operational Efficiency: Identifying areas for operational improvement and optimization, developing strategies and recommendations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Project Management: Providing project management support for strategic initiatives, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategy with operational execution and drive organizational success. As owner of the business process, you would champion the changes required and bring the relevant stakeholders along in this transformation journey.
• CRM Management: Working closely with Product team to build and enhance the existing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases to reflect our changing business needs.
• Sales Tools and Technology: Evaluating and implementing the changes required to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency. This may include sales automation software, sales enablement platforms, data analytics tools, and other technology solutions that support the sales process.

We're looking for someone with:

• English language fluency is a must.
• Degree level holder with at least 5 years of experience in a strategy, business planning and/or project management role.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Possesses a proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying and addressing business challenges.
• Strategic Thinking: Exhibits strategic thinking and the ability to understand the big picture while focusing on details to drive business results.
• Communication Skills: Communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
• Project Management Skills: Has strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolve issues and focus on timely execution.
• Business Acumen: Comfortable with data and numbers, able to identify business drivers and make data-driven decisions.
• Adaptability: Adapts quickly to changing priorities and business needs, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
