MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Check to avoid the payment risk: all payment must have contract, agreement, purchase order…
- Prepare banking documents and follow with bank about the payment process.
- Reconcile with supplier statement accounts on monthly basis
- Saving documents according to company regulations
- Others task appointed by Supervisor Accountant
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:
- Degree or higher in Accounting/Auditing/Finance
- Minimum 06 months - 1 years relevant working experience
- Strong experience and knowledge in local
- Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment
- Able to work long and irregular hours under high pressure and tight deadline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills , resourceful with positive working attitude
- Spoken and written English skills are essential Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and accounting systems/software Oracle, Bizzi, …
