Job Scope: The Senior Merchandiser is responsible for plan and manage warehouse and logistics operation to meet our company objectives.

Key responsibilities/ Job duties:

Warehouse Operations:

• Manage daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate inventory control processes through cycle counts and reconciliations.

Logistics Operations:

• Planning the shipping schedule, discuss and implement logistics optimizations in terms of transit time and cost;
• Handle import/export procedures including document preparation, coordination with shipping service, freight forwarders, and customs authorities;
• Review and process shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and commercial contracts;
• Monitor order status with overseas, local suppliers/customers to ensure timely delivery;
• Coordinate with foreign, local suppliers regarding shipping schedules, payment terms, and cargo insurance;
• Work closely with internal departments (Merchandising, Accounting, Sales, Production) to ensure smooth operations;
• Maintain accurate and complete import/export files and international payment records;
• Prepare regular reports on order status and any arising issues during transportation and clearance;
• Perform related tasks assigned by superiors;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Skills required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field;

- At least 5 years of experience in logistics operations;

- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with logistics management software is a plus;

- Effective communication skills with a proactive and collaborative working attitude;

- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

- Good command of both spoken and written English is a must;
