- Responsible for the protection of hotel guests, staff, assets (tangible and intangible) and other resources by developing and maintaining an organization that is responsive to the current, continuing and immediately foreseeable security, safety and health/hygiene requirements of the hotel.
- Design and imply a comprehensive security programmer consistent with identified risks.
- Adhere to and promotes the provisions outlined in the associates' handbook and hotel code of ethics.
- Model the guiding principles one to eight; practices and promotes the guiding principles in the day-to-day operation.
- Determine training requirements and conduct appropriate courses and seminars.
- Anticipate and plan for various emergency situations.

- 1 years work experience in the security/safety field or 2 years work experience in the hospitality field or a combinaPossess some previous supervisory or management level work experience.
