Mô tả công việc
- Monitor the quality of customer care service via call/email/chat channels.
- Analyze, evaluate and score call quality/unvoice channel quality of employees.
- Ensure service quality is improved based on quality standards.
- Update feedback promptly and provide solutions to improve service quality.
- Identify & escalate issues to the related teams when out of the scope of this department.
- Find issues among members related to productivity and problem-solving.
- Ensure all cases are solved within required timeframe following the company’s SOPs.
- Report any product error findings to related product/engineering teams.
- Working Time: Monday – Saturday, from 9 AM - 6 PM, working 25 days/ month.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have 1+ year of experience in developing and implementing quality assurance programs in a call center environment.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and independently while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced reporting skills.
- Excellent ability to identify and analyze data for trends.
- Ability to multitask and perform in constantly changing environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, prioritization skills.

Công ty CP xây dựng Xuân Mai tiền thân là Nhà máy Bê tông tấm lớn Xuân Mai được thành lập ngày 29 tháng 11 năm 1983 theo Quyết định số 1434-BXD/TCCB của Bộ Xây dựng do Liên Xô giúp đỡ xây dựng. Nhà máy có quy mô lớn và trang thiết bị đồng bộ để sản xuất cấu kiện bê tông tấm lớn phục vụ lắp dựng chung cư tại Xuân Mai và Hà Nội.
