Participate in product development of Solaso.

• Design and develop test cases based on product requirement documents; perform functional testing, regression testing, compatibility testing, etc.;
• Responsible for functional and performance testing across Web, Mobile App, and Miniapp platforms; candidates with experience in testing e-commerce platforms, especially online shopping systems, will be preferred;
• Follow up on customer feedback by reproducing issues, logging and tracking defects, and collaborating with relevant teams to drive resolution and ensure product quality and customer satisfaction;
• Prepare and maintain related test documentation, including test plans, test reports, and defect logs; build and manage test data as needed;
• Basic English communication skills (reading and writing); Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

•  Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in software testing;
• Solid understanding of software testing processes and standards, with strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in manual testing;
• Proficient in API testing using common tools such as Postman, JMeter, etc.; able to write API assertions and familiar with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python);
• Familiar with typical e-commerce business workflows, including but not limited to order processing, after-sales service, billing/settlement, and invoicing; good understanding of payment gateways, SMS services, logistics systems, and ERP integrations;
• Competent in writing basic SQL queries (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE); able to understand relational database structures and independently perform data verification and issue investigation;
• Strong sense of responsibility, clear logical thinking, good communication skills, detail-oriented, with solid documentation skills and a strong team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience participating in mid-to-large-scale e-commerce testing projects;
• Experience in automated testing or performance testing;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese communication.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday

• Monday to Friday: from 08:30 to 05:30.
• Saturday: from 09:00 to 05:00.
