Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence across various social media platforms for our e-commerce platform. Your role will involve creating engaging content, executing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance to ensure the success of our online presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in product development of Solaso.

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging and shareable content (graphics, videos, blog posts) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Social Media Management: Manage daily posts, stories and interactions on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and timely responses.
• Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns that align with business objectives, driving traffic and conversions on our e-commerce platform.
• Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with followers, customers and influencers.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies based on metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media strategies are fresh and innovative.
• Customer Feedback: Monitor customer feedback on social media, assist in addressing concerns, and relay valuable insights to the customer service and product teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Literature, Chinese language, Communication, Advertising and other related field.
• 2 – 3 years of proven experience in social media management, ideally in the e-commerce sector.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others popular in Vietnam.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese.
• Knowing English or Chinese is advantageous
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
• Passionate about the e-commerce and digital marketing landscape.

Working Hours and Location:

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday

• Monday to Friday: from 08:30 to 17:30.
• Saturday: from 09:00 to 17:00.
