Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Service Manager to lead our accounting department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients. The Accounting Service Manager will be responsible for managing a team of accountants, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial records.

CLIENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
● Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various accounting, financial and tax matters;
● Tax Consultancy: Provide advice to clients on a range of tax-related issues including corporate tax, personal tax, VAT, and related parties / transfer pricing regulation.
● Assist clients in complying with local tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
● Conduct financial & tax planning and optimization strategies
● Ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business-driven approach
● Allocate the work to best fulfill the project needs (skills and experience) as well as efficiently use internal resources
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm to deliver integrated service offerings.

SERVICE TEAM MANAGEMENT
● Manage and oversee a team of accounting and tax professionals: including manage and develop the team, provide supervision, guidance and feedback
● Track project progress versus plans, monitor budgets.
● Helping the technical service team stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates to clients.
● Provide guidance & support for the accounting team handling client work during tax audits and liaise with tax authorities on behalf of clients.
● Ensure that the processes and control systems mitigate risks resulting from mistakes. Ensure all work complies with the firm's procedures and meets the standards of regulatory bodies.
● Communicate with clients to align on scope, deliverables, expectations
● Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
● Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the winning of new clients.
