JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Development Coordinator Intern will work as part of the team to assist in business development activities under the guidance and instruction of Business Development Director or CEO.
Research information about the market, clients, and industry.
Locating or proposing potential business deals by reaching out to potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
Update data to CRM system
Coordinate with responsible person from other division to collect information for weekly, monthly report.
Assist in conducting the Client Satisfaction Survey
Assist in organization of events internally and/or externally.
Building up database of prospects
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to analyze data
Be active, positive, honest, careful and responsible
Ability in dealing multiple tasks
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Laptop is required
Good at communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Being passionate in sales & business development
Have ability of working independently and in team

JOB DESCRIPTION
The internship will provide a strong foundational knowledge of talent acquisition, executive search operations, and internal stakeholder management.
Drive Talent Acquisition support activities, including talent sourcing and market mapping.
Initiate new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing.
Support employer branding activities:Building candidate pipelines.Researching the talent market to find relevant audiences.Developing engagement programs.
Drive strategic talent- mapping, market research projects and deliver insights.
Support employee wellbeing & internal communication’s activities of company such as:
Write creative communication content and ensure it is clear and aligned with our business strategy.
Create idea and manage internal events (ex: Holidays, Happy Hour,…)
Improve productivity and efficiency of employees.
Boost business connectivity and performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative, showcase curiosity, and learn quickly in a fast- paced environment.
Hands- on experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and other communication platforms is highly recommended.
Fluent in both written and reading English.
Self- starters who are results- oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious, and who take initiative and risks.
Laptop is required.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or closely related fields.
