Our client is a leading technology-driven e-commerce company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Work closely with users to identify and document their requirements for both business operations and the software system
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define project goals, estimate required resources, and create project plans. Adapt to changing priorities by effectively managing project modifications.
Employ data analysis expertise to improve product features and performance by analyzing test and operational data using BI tools.
Analyze user behavior data after product release to validate assumptions and make data-driven decisions about feature retention or removal.
Foster teamwork between stakeholders, developers, and UX/UI designers by creating design assets to support smooth project implementation.
Create detailed test plans and provide ongoing support to clients during UAT, ensuring the final product aligns with their specific needs.
Produce detailed system and feature requirements, user stories, and design mockups. Manage documentation to support the entire software development process.

RequirementsEducation

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Professional Experience

5+ experience as a Business Analyst, skilled in gathering and documenting user requirements, and possessing excellent English writing abilities.

Qualification

Software Development Lifecycle Expertise: Deep knowledge of the software development process, with a strong focus on translating business needs into effective software solutions.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools to measure product performance, inform feature decisions, and optimize results.
Quality Assurance and User Success: Experience in designing testing strategies and delivering effective user training to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
Effective Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships, present ideas clearly, and document project details.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and adapt to challenges while maintaining a growth-oriented mindset.
Adaptability and Teamwork: Flexibility to work with diverse teams, patience in building consensus, and a collaborative approach to drive project success.

Preferred Qualification:

Agile Product Development: Experienced in rapidly evolving product environments using Lean Startup and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Startup Mentality: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup cultures characterized by rapid change and innovation.
Ecommerce and Retail Expertise: Strong understanding of the ecommerce and retail landscape, with insights into customer behavior and market trends.

User-Centric Design: Proficiency in UI/UX design tools to create engaging and user-friendly product experiences.
