Our client is a leading educational organization who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

Manage and oversee all activities related to the operation of the school at the management facility.
Mobilize and assign personnel, arrange and allocate staff within the school sector.
Establish, manage, assign, and supervise activities at the assigned school.
Develop the school's growth plan; prepare enrollment plans and organize the implementation of the educational plan for each academic year; report and evaluate the results to the school management board and relevant authorities.
Participate in the development of curricula, lesson plans, and teaching for students.
Develop training plans to implement programs according to standards from the headquarters.
Collaborate with the project team to plan the development of new school locations and take over or convert schools.
Direct the process of obtaining licenses for the school from state management agencies.
Propose solutions related to the operational processes of the assigned school.
Conduct the search, contact, interview, evaluate, and select suitable Principals, Vice Principals, and Department Heads, in coordination with the Human Resources department.
Prepare evaluation reports and salary proposals for candidates (according to the salary range in the salary scale) for approval by superiors.
Implement onboarding, guidance, and training for management levels within the school sector according to the company's development orientation and plans.
Evaluate management levels (Department Heads) after training.
Train departments within the school sector according to the work processes of the sector.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc summary reports as required and on time.
Report unusual issues and seek direction on matters beyond authority.
Perform other administrative tasks as requested by superiors.
Conduct diplomatic work with parents and state management agencies when necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in managing preschools with a scale of 200 students or more.
Understanding and practical knowledge of managing and operating preschool systems.
Communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Information dissemination skills.
Proficient in office software.
Preference for candidates with English communication skills and other talents.
Preference for experience in managing chain or system preschools.
Willingness to travel to distant provinces.
Flexibility in changing work locations as required.
Eager to learn and progress.
Dynamic, honest, conscientious, and highly responsible in work.
Calm, flexible, straightforward, and tactful in interactions and problem-solving.
Positive thinking. Consistent in language, behavior, and attitude.
