Our client, a leading digital selling solutions for brands, is looking for experienced candidate to join their firm:

Project Support:Contribute to special projects by conducting research, analyzing data, and creating reports. Ensure projects and tasks are completed on time.
Meeting Management: Organize and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas, gathering materials, documenting discussions, and following up on action points.
Communications: Serve as a communication link between the CEO and internal/external contacts. Manage incoming calls, emails, and other messages.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, clients, and partners. Foster effective communication and teamwork within the executive team and across the organization.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's schedule and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit documents such as correspondence, presentations, and communications.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills

Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, making informed decisions based on quantitative and qualitative information.
Experience with data management tools and software.
Demonstrated ability to identify issues, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
A proactive approach to challenges, with the capacity to anticipate problems and address them efficiently.
Experience in managing complex situations and making sound decisions under pressure.
A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches.
Ability to work in a diverse environment, valuing different perspectives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
A strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the CEO and the organization.
Languages: Good communication in English and Chinese

Benefits

Lunch allowance: 40,000 VND/day worked, Laptop allowance: 400,000 VND/month
Bonuses for holidays and special occasions
13th month salary; bonus based on working performance(quarterly) and Salary review twice a year
