Our client, a fast-growing technology company, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

1, Business Development

• Establish and manage strategic partnership development with banks and financial institutions.
• Negotiate contracts and collaboration terms with partners.
• Maintain sustainable relationships with regulatory bodies in the finance sector.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to payment and credit operations.
• Optimize integration and operational processes between systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing-Sales to develop growth strategies and Go-to-market plans.

2, Management Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring effective collaboration among relevant departments.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics, report business results, and propose improvement solutions to the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, banking, payment intermediaries, or fintech
• Experience managing sales teams, market development, and financial product operations
• Deep understanding of bank credit, electronic payments, and related legal regulations
• Market knowledge of technological and FinTech trends in finance and banking
• Proficiency in English for communication and documentation
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Nice to have

• Graduated from international universities.
• Proven experience in senior management roles at large technology/ finance corporations or banks.
• Extensive network within the financial and banking sectors.
