* Build and maintain good relationships with partners, customers,..
* Visit customer and coordinate with other department to settle customer complaints
* Work with departmental staff to select, evaluate and approve growth opportunities in the market.
* Travel to outskirt
* To plan business strategies for the company and supervise the subordinate staff, manage budgets, expenditures, ...
* Company personnel management: salesman, sales staff...
* To manage and guide the management staff in each area.
* Control costs to get the biggest revenue.
* Reports on the company&039;s weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue and performance.
* Make business strategies, promote products, ...for the company.
* Other jobs shall be arranged by Sales Manager

• Graduated University/ Sales & Marketing is preferable


• Request: At least 3 years of experience


• Good Presentation skills


• Good communication in English.


• Good skill for power point


• Leadership skills


• Decision-making skills

- Attractive salary base on the candidate's capacity, 15 millions ( allowance base on sales volume )
- Monthly business performance bonus (attractive - discuss in detail during the interview process).
