Ensure compliance and clear communication throughout hiring processes.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and improve HR policies and documentation.
Ensure legal compliance and update procedures in line with regulations.
Oversee HR budgeting and submit quarterly reports.
Performance & Development
Facilitate probation and performance reviews.
Support feedback systems for staff and freelancers.
Coordinate learning, training, and skill certification processes.
Compensation & Benefits
Manage payroll, salary grids, contracts, and insurance compliance.
Coordinate with accounting and admin teams for payroll accuracy.

Organize team-building and well-being events.
Promote company values and a positive culture.
Workforce Allocation
Manage staffing logistics, especially freelancers, to meet operational needs.
Implement SOPs for performance or policy issues.
Social Media & Employer Branding
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns on social platforms.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
5-7 years of HR experience, including 1+ year as an HR Manager.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in Vietnamese and English.
Familiar with performance systems, legal compliance, and recruitment strategies.
Adaptable, process-oriented, and able to manage diverse teams.Full-time contract with pro-rata 13th-month salary.
