I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Search and develop new customers: Build a list of potential customers, contact and introduce the company's logistics services to attract new clients. Negotiate and sign service contracts with customers.
• Maintain and care for current customers: Manage customer relationships, resolve arising issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth service implementation processes.
• Perform other tasks related to customer development.
• Work location: VCCI Tower, 9 Dao Duy Anh Str., Phuong Lien Ward, Dong Da Dist., Hanoi.
• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday. Saturday from 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (off 2 Saturday mornings per month).

II. REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in an economic-related field: Business Administration, Import-Export, Logistics Management, Maritime Economics, Marketing, etc.
• Basic English skills, preferably with a background in logistics. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Multimodal Transport, Ocean Freight Agencies, Forwarding, or Logistics.
• Passionate about Sales, motivated by financial rewards, proactive, meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to work.
• Soft skills: Negotiation, Good Communication.
