As the Head of Lending Product at Cake Digital Bank, you will be responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and management of our lending product portfolio. Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive vision and strategy for the lending product portfolio in alignment with the company‘s overall goals and market trends.
- Drive innovation in lending products to meet customer needs and stay ahead of industry developments.

Product Development and Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, risk, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality lending products.

Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the lending space.
- Use market insights to inform product decisions and enhancements.

Risk Management
- Work closely with risk and compliance teams to ensure lending products comply with regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
- Implement measures to mitigate lending-related risks while optimizing customer experience.

Customer Experience
