Handle end- to- end recruitment process with diversified levels of recruiting and a wide range of technology stacks and skills in the Engineering team
Always be on trendy in IT recruiting methodologies and aligned with new practices in hiring on the market
Take other assignments by the Manager.
Get involved in recruitment projects in building and re- building recruitment practices in the organization.
Build up and develop a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands.
Yêu cầu công việc
Decent knowledge of the IT industry.
Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment and talent acquisition targets.
Strong recruiting skills (creating job descriptions, sourcing and selecting candidates, hunting talents, convincing passive candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers...).
Minimum of 03 years of working experience in IT recruiting.
Good command of English language skills (written and verbal).
Good at MS office and computing skills
