We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about DevOps, cloud infrastructure, security, and observability, we invite you to be a part of our innovative journey.

As our DevOps Engineer, you will be helping us and our client build and maintain blockchain networks and protocols. You will work on improving the project’s current infrastructure including security, automation, and monitoring among other things. You will also have the chance to dive deep into new blockchain protocols, Fintech, Asset Tokenization/NFT, run testnets, build secure and scalable infra and maintain it. What You' Ll Be Doing

Leverage open-source and in-house tools to manage infrastructure via code, designing reusable infrastructure components for scalable, highly available, handling regular and critical issues.
Provide input and expertise to senior engineers to maintain alignment with best practices and resolve installation, infrastructure, and system issues.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure, high-availability financial systems.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
Implement infrastructure security best practices in compliance with financial regulations.
Manage and troubleshoot production deployments in cloud environments in AWS.
Maintain and enhance disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Work with containers and orchestrators like Docker and Kubernetes.
Ensure secrets management, key rotation, and token security through tools like Vault or AWS Secrets Manager.
Participate in incident response and post-mortem reviews.
Work with an Agile team, attend daily scrums, communicate and collaborate frequently with teammates to ensure successful completion of project objectives.

Your Skills And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
4-6 years of experience performing DevOps activities in a professional capacity.
Experience designing, building, and deploying DevOps pipelines with GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
Experience with Kubernetes application deployment/management tools such as Helm or Kustomize.
Experience with automated provisioning and configuration tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or similar technologies.
Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments is highly preferred.
Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks relevant to the finance industry, DevSecOps practices, and security automation.
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools.
Experience with blockchain or digital asset infrastructure (e.g., Fireblocks, BitGo) is a plus
Knowledge of API security and rate limiting for financial systems.
Experience in multi-region deployments and hybrid cloud setups
English communication is required.
