We are actively looking for an experienced General Accountant (Junior) to join our Back Office team based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. On joining, you will be a part of an expanding team that is assisting INNOMIZE to reach our planned growth. You will be given the opportunity to build a career within a young, dynamic, and award-winning organization.

What You'll Be Doing

Daily Tasks
Collect, classify, and archive accounting and financial documents per relevant regulations.
Verify the accuracy and compliance of accounting documents before posting to the system.
Review purchase requests and payment proposals for budget availability and policy compliance.
Draft and review contracts with relevant teams, ensuring tax and accounting alignment.
Prepare acceptance reports and documents for revenue recognition; initiate billing and collections.
Track the execution of customer/vendor contracts, including billing, acceptance, and receivables.
Monthly Tasks.
Monitor and reconcile cash inflows/outflows; prepare cash flow reports for the Board of Directors.
Reconcile ledger accounts and support month-end closing for quarterly reporting.
Quarterly Tasks
Prepare and file VAT, PIT, and other required tax declarations.
Consolidate key financial data and support management reporting.
Yearly Tasks
Finalize and submit annual financial statements and CIT/PIT reports.
Prepare statutory reports under VAS and internal reports as needed.
Assess and record provisions for doubtful debts (if applicable).
Payroll & Other Tasks
Process monthly payroll, statutory deductions (SI, HI, UI), and payslips.
Manage TIN registration and dependent declarations.
Calculate and report PIT accurately.
Administer income components (bonuses, allowances, benefits) per company policy.
Support tax audits, inspections, and provide reconciliation reports as needed.
Stay updated on tax/accounting regulations; advise internal teams accordingly.
Maintain and update accounting procedures and internal controls.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager or Board of Directors.

Your Skills And Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
Have 2+ years of experience in accounting (in a Technology company is a plus).
Have effective communication, critical thinking, and ability to analyze and solve problems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint…
Enthusiastic and proactive, and positive attitude
High sense of responsibility and detail.
Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
English communication.
Having experience with tax incentive settlements for technology/startup companies is a big plus.
