Your role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Defining product features in accordance with customer needs.
Your skills & qualifications
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Fintech or POS domain; minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst for an accounting product, knowledge of COA concept is a must.
- Retail operations experience is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
