• Supply planning
• Ensure product availability with the right quantity and at the right time.
• Manage product freshness according to customer’s requirement and minimize write off cost from low remaining shelf-life matters.
• Provide information, identify key issue and required action relate to import product supply (e.g capacity, launch timeline, production implication, inventory impact, phase in/out).
• Demand forecasting
• Challenge the forecast from sales team and the unusual runs (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets…) with relevant data analysis.
• Improve the forecast accuracy and bias.
• Customer service
• Create sales order and sales return.
• Proceed debit note/credit note for price variance issue.
• Warehouse & Logistics
• Co-ordinate with 3PL for importation and ensure shipping documents readiness prior shipment’s arrival.
• Minimize additional logistics costs and handle all logistics claims.
• Perform goods receipt and other transactions related to inventory.
• Conduct WH assessment and inventory reconcile.
• New product & Marketing activity
• Manage supply chain timeline for all new product and marketing activity project to ensure project deliver on time with lowest change over cost (no remaining product stock, minimum write-off and minimize product shortage during transition period).
• Lead supply chain timeline for Operation initiative projects to improve on cost, efficiency, and inventory improvement.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor degree in Engineer, Science, Business or related field with mathematic background.
• At least 5 years experience in supply planning function with FMCG multinational company.
• Leadership/ strong analytical skill with commercial mindset
• Overall understanding in business process and objective
• Supply chain planning technical mastery.
• Proficient in MS (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
• SAP system knowledge – R/3(PP, MM, SD, APO).
• Ability to work with cross functional team both commercial and operation.
